Cannot see FAQs
I cannot see the FAQ nor Knowledge Base section. Why?

You need to login to Helpdesk to be able to see FAQ and Knowledge Base section. First, check if you have our supported product*. Second, you request a login via www.codafilesoftware.com under Helpdesk login section.

*Supported product is Codaprint 2005/2008/2010 or annually paid Filetrak support.
